Please click on the “Abstract Submission form” and complete the process by filling in the information required in the designated box.
We would highly encourage you to submit an abstract originated from your work in Bangladesh. You can submit a new abstract or an abstract presented in another conference either in Bangladesh or elsewhere.
Chose one theme for submission of one abstract and select one presenter among the co authors.
You can submit more than one abstract under the same theme or a different theme, as long as you select a different presenter for a single abstract.
The presenter of each abstract must complete the registeration at the time of submission of an abstract in order to be eligible for review by the Scientific Committees. An abstract submitted without a registration will be rejected.
The same abstract cannot be submitted to more than one theme. Duplicates will be rejected.
An email confirmation email will be sent to you upon submission of an abstract following registration.
Selection process of the abstract:
An abstract submitted under a key theme will be reviewed by a designated Jury Board following a scoring criterion. Any abstract meeting the minimum standard will be accepted for publishing in the abstract book.
Any abstracts submitted by August 30, 2019 will get a review by an expert panel and a revised abstract can be submitted by the abstract submission deadline.
The top ten abstracts as per the review decision of the designated Jury Board under a key theme will be selected for either an oral or a poster presentation in the designated session of Day and Day 2.
The Jury Board will chose the Best Oral Presentation and the Best Poster Presentation from each of the nine themes, and the winners will receive an awarded in the closing ceremony of the Congress.
Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject abstracts that are not written in English, do not meet the basic standards of scientific quality, or do not adhere to the conventional standards of civil discourse and common decency.
